Özet
Alkolün etkili olduğu adli travmatoloji ilişkili olaylarda özellikle acil serviste çalışan hekimlere alkol seviyesinin ilk anda belirlenmesi ve raporlanması görevi düşmektedir. Bu çalışmada, adli olgularda alkol düzeyi bakılmasının öneminin vurgulanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Adli Tıp Anabilim Dalı’ nda 01.01.2018-30.06.2018 tarihleri arasında kesin adli rapor için adli makamlardan gönderilen, adli travmatolojik olguların hastane dosyaları ile adli raporlarının retrospektif olarak incelenmesiyle yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın kapsadığı dönemde başvuran 217 olgunun 120’sinde (%55,3) alkol düzeyi ölçümü hakkında herhangi bir bilgiye ulaşılamadığı, alkol düzeyi ölçümü yapılan 97 olgunun n:85 (%87,6) kanında alkol tespit edilmediği, 12’sinde (%12,4) ise alkol tespit edildiği görüldü. Çalışmamızda acil servislerden gelen adli raporların yarısından fazlasında (%55), alkol hakkında bir bilgi olmadığı görülmüştür. Acil hekimlerinin bu konuda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadığı görülmektedir.
Abstract
It is the duty of the physicians who work in the emergency to determine and report the alcohol level at the first moment in cases of forensic traumatology which alcohol has a role to happen. In this study, it is aimed to emphasize the importance of alcohol levels in forensic cases. This study was made with the retrospective analysis of forensic reports of forensic traumatological cases and forensic reports which was sent by the judicial authorities for the forensic report between the dates (01.01.2018-30.06.2018) at Eskişehir Osmangazi University Department of Forensic Medicine. No information was found about alcohol level measurement in 120 (55,3%) of 217 patients admitted to the study during the study period. Alcohol wasn't detected in 85 (87.6%) of the 97 patients who had alcohol level measurement and alcohol was detected in 12 (12.4%) this 97 patients. In our study, more than half of the forensic reports from emergency departments (55 %) did not have any information about alcohol. It is seen that emergency physicians do not have enough information about this is sue.
