Benzinli motorlarda direkt sıvı yakıt püskürtme teknikleri ve enjektör seçimi

Özet

Bu makalede benzinli motorlarda kullanılan direkt sıvı yakıt püskürtme yöntemlerinden bahsedilmiş, üstün ve sakıncalı yönleri sunulmuştur. Bu yöntemler üç ana grup altında toplanabilir. 1. Mitsubishi yöntemi, 2. Common-rail yöntemi, 3. Zwickau Ram-tuned püskürtme yöntemi. Bu üç yöntem de motorun tipine ve kullanıma, yük ve devir bandına, yanma odasının şekline, püskürtme sisteminin teknik özelliklerine (enerji tüketimine) ve ekonomik maliyetine içi karışım oluşumu ve enjektör tipi büyük önem arzeder.

Abstract

In this paper, direct liquid fuel injection techniques using the spark ignition (SI) engines have been described, techniques can be collected under three main groups. 1. Mitsubishi method, 2. Common-rail method, 3. Zwickau Ram-tuned injection method. These three methods have specific advantageous according to engine type and utilization, load and speed range, configuration of the combustion chamber, technical features of the injection system (energy consumption) and economic cost. Mixture formation in-cylinder and injector type are very important in all three methods.
