Özet
Gastrik pseudolenfoma oldukça nadir, bir gastrik malign lezyonu taklit edebilen, nonneoplastik inflamatuvar bir durumdur ve bu süreçten sorumlu olan faktörler bilinmemektedir. Diğer yandan giardia lamblia ince barsağın ilk kısımlarında yerleşen ve nodüler lenfoid hiperplaziye sebep olabilen bir parazittir. Burada ilk kez gastrik pseudolenfomayla birlikte, bundan sorumlu olabilecek, intestinal giardia lamblia infestasyonu olgusu sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Gastric pseudolymphoma is a extremely rare nonneoplastic inflammatuar condition: which may simulate a gastric malign lesion, and the factors that are responsible for this process are not known. On the other hand, giardia lamblia is a parasite which involves especially the first part of the small intestine causing noduler lymphoid hyperplasia.Here, we report the first case of gastric pseudolymphoma concomitant with intestlnal giardia lamblia infestation which may be responsible for this condition
