Özet
Hücre adhezyon moleküllerinden ICAM-1 ve ICAM-2'nfn plasentada fetal kan damarları endotetindeki dağılımını veriler elde ederek saptamayı ve plasenta işlevinde ne gibi bir rol oynujabûecekleri konusunda ipuçları elde etmeyi amaçlıyan bu çalışmada ICAM-1 ve ICAM-2'nin fetal damar endotellerinde eksprese edÛip vûlöz stroma ve trojoblastlarda bulunmadığı gösterilmiştir.
Abstract
The distribution of cell adhesion molecules IÇAM-1 jand ICAM-2 were studied in placenta! fetal uessel endotheliwn inorder to get clues about their roles in placental function. In this study ICAM-1 and ICAM-2 were expressed in placenta! fetal uessels but not in vtilus stroma and trophoblasts.
