Abstract

One of the most important elements of competition between businesses is to create value for the customers and to create customer loyalty through this value. This is also discussed for food and beverage businesses. In this context, current study aimed to determine the effect of perceived value on customer loyalty. For this purpose, research conducted with 384 participants selected at a cag kebab restaurant in Erzurum using convenience sampling method. Frequency analysis, explanatory factor analysis, independent sample t test, ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis were used in the research. As a result of the analyses, it is concluded that the perceived value dimensions have a high effect on customer loyalty. Moreover, while there were no significant differences in terms of gender and education of participants for both perceived value and customer loyalty, significant differences were found between customer loyalty and age and income variables.
