ÖĞRETMEN ADAYLARI HOŞGÖRÜ ÖLÇEĞİ: GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmen adaylarının hoşgörü düzeylerini ölçmeye yönelik bir ölçek geliştirilmesidir. Bu bağlamda araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2017-2018 öğretim yılında Yusuf Balasagun Kırgız Milli Üniversitesi ve Arabaev Kırgız Devlet Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinde öğrenim görmekte olan toplam 432 öğretmen adayı oluşturmuştur. Katılımcıların 304’ü kız öğrencilerden 128’i ise erkek öğrencilerden oluşmuştur. Geçerlilik çalışmaları bağlamında geliştirilmekte olan ölçeğin yapı geçerliğini test etmek amacıyla açımlayıcı faktör analizi yapılmış ve yapı geçerliğine bakılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik çalışması bağlamında ölçek maddeleri arasındaki tutarlılığı tespit edebilmek amacıyla Cronbach’ın α korelasyon katsayısı ve maddeler arası ilişki düzeyleri hesaplanmıştır. Ortaya çıkan faktörlerin her birine ait Crombach’s Alpha değerleri hesaplanmış, bu faktörler arasındaki korelasyona bakılmıştır. Buna göre ölçme aracının cronbach α değeri 0.865 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Test tekrar testyöntemiyle hesaplanan güvenirlik katsayıları ise her bir alt boyut için (0.67 - 0.85; p<.001) manidar bulunmuştur.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a scale to measure tolerance levels of teacher candidates. In this context, the study group of the research is formed of 432 teacher candidates studying at Yusuf Balasagun Kyrgyz National University and Arabaev Kyrgyz State University Faculty of Education during 2017-2018. Of the participants, 304 were female students and 128 were male students. In the context of validity studies, exploratory factor analysis was performed to test the validity of the scale being developed and the validity of the structure was examined. In the context of the reliability study of the scale, Cronbach's α correlation coefficient and the relationship levels between the items were calculated to determine the consistency between the scale items. Crombach's Alpha values of each of the resulting factors were calculated and the correlation between these factors was examined. Accordingly, the cronbach α value of the measuring instrument was calculated as 0.865. The reliability coefficients calculated by the test re-test method were found to be (0.67 - 0.85, p <.001) for each sub-dimension.
