Özet
Türkiye’nin en büyük kentinin ve Dünya’nın sayılı metropollerinden birinin yerel yönetimi olan İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin, 2021 mali yılı tahmini bütçesi, ekonomik sınıflandırma dikkate alınarak; oran ve miktar olarak incelenmekte ve sonuçları ortaya konulmaktadır. Başta yatırımlar olmak üzere, gelir ve harcamalarda pandeminin etkileri görülmektedir.
Abstract
The estimated budget for the fiscal year 2021 of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, which is the local authority of Turkey’s largest city and one of the largest metropoles of the World, is examined in terms of ratio and amounts by taking account of the economic classification, and the results are presented. The effects of the pandemic are seen in income and expentitures, especially in investments.
