Özet
Bu çalışma, hemşirelik yüksekokulu son sınıf öğrencilerinin tibbi ve cerrahi kliniklerinde yatan hastaların psikososyal sorunlarını belirleyebilme ve uygun hemşirelik girişimlerini planlayabilme düzeylerim incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Veriler, öğrencilerin tanıtıcı özellikleri ve psikososyal sorunları tanımlayan yaşantı örneklerinin yer aldığı soru formu ile toplanmıştır. Klinik uygulama öncesine göre klinik uygulama sonrasında, öğrencilerin verilen örnek durumlara ilişkin hem psikososyal sorunları belirleyebilme hem de bu sorunlara yönelik uygun hemşirelik girişimlerini planlayabilme düzeyleri artmıştır.
Abstract
This study has been done as descriptive with the purpose of determining the psychosocial problems of the patients in medical and surcigal clinics and levels of planning the nursing interventions of the senior nursing students.Data has been collected with the questionnare. It consist of desctriptive characterictics of the students and some experiences that were determined the psychosocial problems of the patients. According to the results of this study, it was found that the students levels of determining psychosocial problems and the levels of planning nursing interventions has been increased.
