Hipertansiyonda eritrosit deformabilitesi ve nifedipin'in eritrosit deformabilitesi üzerine etkisi

Özet
Bu çalışmada hipertansiyonda eritrosit deformabilitesi ve nifedipinin eritrosit deformabilitesi üzerindeki etkisine bakılmıştır. Eritrosit deformabilitesi mikrofılti-asyon tekniği ile, eritrosit fıltrabilitesi cinsinden ölçülmüştür. Çalışmada hipertansiyonda eritrosit fıltrasyon hızının %18.75 oranında azaldığı, 1<J7 M nifedipinin normotansif eritrosit filtrasyon hızını %7.8, hipertansif eritrosit flitrasyon hızım %11.84 oranında azalttığı gösterilmiştir.
Abstract
In the present study, erythrocyte deformability in hypertension and the effect of nifedipine on erythrocyte deformability is investigated. Erythrocyte deformability is assessed by microfıltration technique and measured in terms of filtrability. The results showed that erythrocyte filtration rate was reduced by 18.75% in hypertension and Iff7 M nifedipine decreased filtration rate by 7.8% and 11.84% in the control and hypertensive groups, respectivelly.
