Özet
Kırk beş yaşındaki kadın hasta sternumda şişlik yakınması ile başvurdu, Anamnezinde iki yıl önce tiroid papiller karsinomu tanısı ile total tiroidektomi ameliyatı ve adjuvan RT mevcuttu. Fizik muayenesinde sternum üzerinde 3x2 cm boyutlarında kitlesi olan hastaya total manibrium sterni, parsiyel korpus sterni rezeksiyonu ve rekonstruksiyonu uygulandı. Histopatolojik incelemesi tiroid papiller karsinomu metastazı olarak rapor edildi.
Abstract
A 45 year old women was admitted with the complaint of swelling on the sternum. She had undergone a total thyroidectomv with the diagnosis of papillary thyroid ca two years ago and she had received adjuvant radiotheraphy. She has a mass of 3x2 cm on her sternum and the total resection of manubrium sterni, partial exision of corpus sterni and thoracic wall reconstruction were performed. The histopathological eximination revealed on uncommon solitary bone metastasis of papillary thyroid ca.
