Preeklampsi komplike ettiği gebeliklerde anne ve fetusun hayatını tehdit eden bir patolojidir ve gestasyonel trofoblastik neoplazi (GTN) varlığında, normal gebeliklerde gözlendiğinden daha önceki bir gebelik haftasında başlayabilir. Bu vaka sunumunda preeklampsi ile komplike olmuş bir hidatiform mol patolojisi, 18 yaşındaki bir hastada 14. gebelik haftasında tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
Preeclampsia is a life threatening pathology both for mother and fetus in affected gestations and in the presence of molar pregnancy it may occur in an earlier period of pregnancy than it is seen in normal pregnancy. Here is a case report in which an eighteen-years-old woman who has a molar pregnancy complicated by preeclampsia in 14th week of gestation.
