Özet
Koledok kistleri, nadir görülmekle birlikte, neden olduğu komplikasyonlar nedeniyle önemli cerrahi hastalıklardır. Bu yazıda SSK Ankara Eğitim Hastanesi, 3.Cerrahi Kliniği'nde, 1990-1996 yılları arasında, koledok kisti nedeniyle öpere edilen ve halen takipte olan, 3 koledok kisti olgusu sunulmuştur. Olgulardan bir tanesinde, postoperatif dönemde sık kolenjit atakları gelişmiştir. Yapılan hepatobilier sintigrafı ile, bunun rezidü kist dokusuna bağlı olduğu düşünülmüş ve literatür bulguları ışığı altında sonuçlar tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Although rarely seen, choledochal cycts arb serious surgical diseases because of the major complications. Three patients with choledochal cycts operated between 1990-1996 at Third Department of Surgery of Ankara Social Security Hospital are reported. One of hour patients had frequent cholangitis attacks in the postoperative period after the hepatobiliar scintigraphy, these attacks were thoght to be correlated with residual cyct. The results are discussed in the light of the literature.
