Özet
25 yaşında (G1: Po, A0,YQ) 31 haftalık gebe hastaneye baş ağrısı ve diğer şiddetli preeklampsi bulgularıyla kabul edildi. Laboratuar ve klinik bulgularına göre akut renal yetmkzlik tanısı kondu. Hasta doğum ve hemodializle tedavi edildi. Postpartum 10. gün normal kan basıncı, kan enzim profili, normal böbrek fonksiyonları ve trombosit sayıları ile taburcu edildi.
Abstract
A 25 year old female (Gravida 1, Para 0, Abortus 0, Live 0) was admitted to the hospital at her 31st of gestation with headache and other findings of severe preeclampsia. Acute renal failure was diagnosed by the laboratuary and clinical findings. She was treated delivery and heamodialysis. She was discharged on the postpartum 10th day with normal blood pressure values, blood enzyme profile, normal renal profile and platelet counts.
