Özet
Nekrotizan fasiitis nadir görülen fakat potansiyel olarak hayatı tehdit eden, şiddetli, akut, hızla ilerleyen yumuşak dokunun bakteriyel enfeksiyonudur. Hastalık yüzeysel fasia ve subkütan dokuların geniş nekrozu ve aşırı sistemik toksisite ile karakterizedir. Bu ölümcül infeksiyonun tedavisi geniş spektrumlu antibiyotikler ve geniş cerrahi debridman ile yapılır. Sezeryan sonrası gelişen bir nekrotizan fasiitis olgusu çalışmamızın materyalini oluşturdu. Konu literatür bilgisi ışığı altında gözden geçirildi ve sunuldu.
Abstract
Necrotizing fasciitis is a rare but severe, acute, rapidly progressive, and potentially life - threatening condition caused by bacterial infection of the soft tissued. This infection is characterized by extensive necrosis of superficial fascia and subcutaneous tissue and extreme systemic toxicity. Treatment of this lethal infection includes broad - spectrum antibiotic(s) and extensive surgical debridement. A case diagnosed as post - cesarean - section necrotizing fasciitis constituted the material of our study. The subject was reviewed in the light of literature and presented.
