Özet
Histerosalfingografi günümüzde özellikle tubal faktörün araştırılmasında vazgeçilmez bir uygulamadır. Bu işlem steril koşullar altında yapılmalıdır. Önceden vajinit yada servisiti olan bir hastada bu enfeksiyonu uterus içerisine, tüplere ve buradan da peritona yayma olasılığı nedeniyle böyle durumlarda enfeksiyon tedavi edilmeden HSG yapılmamalıdır. Yine profilaktik antibiyotik kullanımı da kabul gören bir yöntemdir. Biz, HSG sonrası enfeksiyona bağlı ıntrauterin adezyonlar meydana gelen bir olgu sunuyoruz.
Abstract
Hysterosalpingography has been an important and reliable method for the evaluation of tubal factor among infertil couples. Lipid or water soluble substances are used as contrast material . It must be applied under strict sterile conditions since the procedure involves the pelvic peritoneum. Infection is a possible complicaton of the procedure especially if the patient has an existing vaginitis or cervisitis. These preexisting infections must be treated before performing hysterosalphingography. Prophylactic antibiotic use is also adviced. We represent a case who developed uterine adhesions due to an infection after she had been performed a hysterosalpingography
