Örgütlerin Sosyal Sorumlulukları: Kavramsal Bir Çözümleme

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütlerin sosyal sorumlulukları hakkında kavramsal bir çözümleme yapmaktır. Bu amaçla ilk önce sosyal sorumluluk kavramının ne olduğu açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra sosyal sorumluluk kavramının tarihsel gelişimine, sosyal sorumluluğa gizli el yaklaşımına, devletçi yaklaşıma, yönetimci yaklaşıma değinilmiştir. Bu açıklamalardan sonra ise sosyal sorumluluk düzeyleri, sosyal sorumluluk alanları, sosyal sorumlulukların yerine getirilmesinde yöneticilerin rolü konuları açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Son olarak da Türkiye’deki çeşitli kuruluşların yapmış oldukları sosyal sorumluluk projelerine yer verilmiştir.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to make a conceptual analysis about the social responsibilities of the organizations. First of all, the meaning of the social responsibilities was explained. Then, the historical development of social responsibilities, hidden hand approaches to social responsibilities, governmental approach, and managerial approach were discussed. After these explanations, the levels of social responsibility, the area of social responsibility, the role of the administrators to fulfill their social responsibility were explained. At last, the social responsibility projects carried out by different organizations in Turkey were given.
