Özet

Bu araştırmada orta öğretim öğrencilerinin okul tükenmişlik düzeylerinin cinsiyet, öğrenim gördüğü alan, barınma durumu ve ailesinin aylık -ekonomik- gelirine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Burdur'un Yeşilova ilçesindeki Çok Programlı Lisede öğrenim görmekte olan 86'sı kız 80'i erkek toplam 166 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak için Aypay (2011) tarafından geliştirilen okul tükenmişlik ölçeği ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin okul tükenmişlik düzeyleri uygulanmış olan ölçeğin farklı alt boyutlarında cinsiyet, öğrenim gördüğü alan, barınma durumları ve ailelerinin aylık -ekonomik- gelirine göre farklılaşmaktadır.

Abstract

In this research it has been examined whether the school burnout levels of secondary education students have any difference with regard to gender, the field they are studying in, sheltering conditions and the financial income of their parents. The study group of the research consists of a total of 166 students (86 girls and 80 boys) who study in Multi Program High School in Burdur, Yeşilova District. For data collection school burnout scale developed by Aypay (2011) and a personal information form developed by the researcher are used. T test and one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) are used in data analysis. According to the findings of the study, the school burnout levels of the students show difference in different sub dimensions of the scale with regard to gender, the field they are studying in, sheltering conditions and the financial income of their parents.
