Donör ineklerde yaş ile embriyo kalitesi arasındaki ilişkinin saptanması

Özet
Çalışmada donör ineklerde (n=165), donör yaşı ile embriyo kalitesi arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada Siyah Alaca donör inekler yaşlarına göre 3 gruba ayrılmıştır. 1. grup yaşları 2-3 yaş arasında değişen 61 inekten oluşurken, 2. grup yaşları 4-5 yaş arasında değişen 28 inekten, 3. grup ta yaşları x≥6 yaş olan 76 inekten oluşmuştur. Çalışmada donör inek yaşı, transfer edilebilen embriyo sayı ortalaması ile toplam embriyo sayı ortalamasını istatistiki olarak etkilemiş (P 0.05). Çalışmada transfer edilebilen embriyo oranı gruplarda %53.46-63.24 arasında değişim göstermiştir. Denemede donör ineklerde donör yaşı ile transfer edilebilen embriyo arasında (r=0.142) yine donör yaşı ile toplam embriyo arasında (r=-0.138) önemli bir ilişki saptanmıştır.
Abstract
The relationship between donor age in donor cows (n=165) and quality of embryos was examined in this study. According to their donor age, the Holstein donors were divided into three groups. In the first group there were 61 donors between 2-3 years old; in the second group, 28 donors between 4-5 years old; and in the third group, 76 donors between ≥6 years old. In the study, donor cow age were aff ected transferable embryos and total embryo numbers statistically significant (P<0.05); not transferable embryos in groups were not found statistically significant (P>0.05). The transferable embryo rate in groups was found between 53.46-63.24% in the experiment. A significant correlation (r=0.142) was recorded, i.e. between donor age and transferable embryos; a significant correlation was recorded (r=-0.138), i.e. between donor age and total embryos.
