Özet
Altmış beş yaşındaki kadın hasta sol yan ağrısı yakınması ile başvurdu. Bilgisayarlı tomografi ile sol böbrekte perirenal idrar sızması gösterildi. Bu durum bir çift J kateter yerleştirilerek tedavi edildi. Çift J kateter 4.ncü haftada yerel anestezi ile çıkarıldı. Görüntüleme yöntemleriyle böbrek morfolojisinin normal olduğu gösterildi.
Abstract
A 65-year old woman visited our hospital with a complaint of left flank pain. Computed tomography scanned of the kidney showed perirenal urine extravasation. The disorder was managed by insertion of a JJ catheter. The JJ catheter was removed on fourth week under local anesthesia. Repeat imaging showed normal renal function and morphology in this case.
