Özet

Üç yıl önce beyin tümörü ameliyatı geçiren 47 yaşında erkek hasta epilepsi nöbetleri,alt ekstremitede güçsüzlük ve şuur bulanıklığı yakınmaları ile hastanemize getirildi.İstenen kardiyoloji konsültasyonu doğrultusunda çekilen ekokardiyografi bulguları ile oldukça ender görülen hipertrofik obstrüktif kardiyomiyopati ye perimembranöz ventriküler septal defekt ve ciddi mitral yetmezliğin eşlik ettiğini saptadık.Aile ileri tetkikleri reddetti.

Abstract

A 47 years old male operated three years ago for brain tumor was brought to our hospital with the complains of epileptic seizures,lower extremity weakness and confusion.Echocardiographic examination undertaken upon a request of cardiology consultation, revealed a rarely seen cardiac featureof hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy with a severe mitral regurgitation and perimembranous type of ventricular septal defect
