Özet

Amaç: Merkezimizde histopatolojik inceleme ile tanı alan renal hastalıkların sıklığını belirlemek ve klinik semptomlarla his- topatolojik tanıların ilişkisini incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmada Şubat 2005 – Şubat 2012 tarihleri arasında Patoloji Laboratuvarında tanı konmuş 607 olgu geriye dönük incelenmiştir. Bulgular: Olguların 265’i kadın, 342’si erkek olup, yaş ortalaması 41(15-81)dir.

Abstract

Aim: To determine the prevalence of renal diseases that were diagnosed by renal biopsy and to analyze the relationship be- tween clinical symptoms and histopathological diagnosis. Material and Method: A total of 607 cases diagnosed by renal biopsy between February 2005 and February 2012 were eva- luated retrospectively in the study. Findings: Two hundred sixty-five patients were female,342 male, average age was 41(15-81).The most frequent clinical syn- dromes were nephrotic syndrome (45.3%), nephritic syndrome (18.1%), nephrotic and nephritic syndrome (19.1%), rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (2.9%), acute renal failure (4.1%),chronic renal failure (8%) and asymptomatic urine abnor- malities (2.3%). Primary and secondary glomerulonephritis were the most frequent diseases amongst the others. The fre- quency of subtypes of primary glomerulonephritis groups were membranous glomerulonephritis, IgA nephritis, focal seg- mental glomerulosclerosis, minimal lesion disease, membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis with the percentages of(29.3%), (28.9%), (15.7%), (9.3%), (17.6%) respectively. Meanwhile the subtypes of secondary forms were amyloidosis, crescentic glomerulonephritis, lupus nephritis, diabetic nephropathy with the percentages of (40.2%), (24.5%), (16.7%), (9.4%) respectively. Membranous glomerulonephritis, (26.9%), amyloidosis (16.7%) and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (12.3%) were the most reasons of nephrotic syndrome and IgA nephropathy (42.7%), lupus nephritis (10.9%) and mem- branoproliferative glomerulonephritis (7.2%) were the most frequent reasons for nephritic syndrome. Conclusions: There is a consistency between histolopathologic diagnosis of renal biopsies and clinical findings in our study.
