Topikal kortikosteroidlere karşı gelişen kontakt duyarlılığın patch test ile değerlendirilmesi

Özet
Çalışmamızda topikal steroidlere karşı oluşan kontakt duyarlılığı patch test metoduyla değerlendirmeyi amaçladık. Polikliniğimizde atopik dermatit, numuler ekzema, kontakt dermatit ve psoriasis tanısı ile takip edilen ve bu hastalıkları nedeniyle çeşitli topikal steroidli preparatlar kullanmış 60 hasta çalışmaya alındı. Hastalara ülkemizde sık olarak kullanılan topikal steroidlerin krem, merhem formları ve bazlarından oluşan 25 maddelik bir seri ile patch test uyguladık. Reaksiyonları ICDRG (Uluslararası kontakt dermatit araştırma grubu) terminolojisine göre değerlendirdik. Sonuçta 60 hastadan 3'ünde (%5) pozitif reaksiyon elde ettik.
Abstract
We aimed to evaluate the contact sensitivity produced against the topical steroids by the patch test. A total of 60 patients have been introduced into our study. They are diagnosed as having atopi dermatitis, numuler eczema, contact dermatitis and psoriasis and they have used various topical steroids. We have applied to these patients a patch test composed of a series of 25 items including cream, oinment and base forms of topical steroids employed frequently in our country. We have evaluated their reactions by the method proposed by ICDRG (International Contact Dermatitis Research Group). As a result, a positive reaction has been obtained in 3 (%5) out of 60 patients.
