Özet
Üst gastrointestinal sistemin incelenmesinde, flexible ve manevra kabiliyeti yüksek aletlerin kullanıma sunulması ile gastroskopi, baryumlu grafilerin önüne geçen bir teknik olmuştur. Ülkemizde endoskopi merkezlerinin yerini zamanla her kliniğin kendi endoskopi ünitesi almıştır. Çalışmamıza 6.6.1999 - 6.8.1999 tarihleri arasında Haseki Hastanesi I. Cerrahi kliniği endoskopi ünitesinde özofagogastroduodenoskopisi yapılan 85 hasta alınmıştır. Hastaların 47 (%55.3) si erkek, 38 (%44.7) si bayan olup yaş ortalaması 45.7 ± 15.9 bulunmuştur. Hastaların 23 (%27) sinde birden fazla patolojiye rastlanmıştır. 4 (%4.7) hasta endoskopik incelemeyi tolere edememiştir. Hastaların tanılan ve elde edilebilenlerin patolojik sonuçlan sunulmuş ve irdelenmiştir.
Abstract
The Current use of flexible, highly advanced gastroscopy equipment has made the gastroscopy the first choice in the evaluation of upper gastrointestinal system. Recently, many surgical clinics has aimed to set their own endoscopy unit, instead of endoscopic center in our country. 85 patients whose gastroduodenoscopic examinations have been achieved in the endoscopy unit of Haseki State Hospital first surgical clinic have been included to that study. 47 patient (55.3%) were men and 38 (44.7%) were women and mean age of the group was 45.7 ( 15.9. While 27% (23 patients) of all the patients had more than one pathology and 4% of all could not tolerate the procedure. The endoscopic diagnosis and pathologic results of the patients have been discussed in that study.
