Özet
Türkiye’de şiddetin önlenmesi ve izlenmesi hususu genel anlamda kadınlara yöneliktir. Zira erkeklerin genel olarak fiziki güçlerinin fazlalığı bu durumu yaratmaktadır. Oysa ki şiddeti teşvik eden unsurların olduğu bir toplumda, fiziki gücün dışında gücü ele geçiren kadınların da şiddet uygulama potansiyelinin olduğunu belirtmek gerekir. Toplumun aldığı eğitim, gelenekler-görenekler, sosyal-ekonomik vb. şartlar şiddetin artmasına veya azalmasına doğrudan etki eder. Bu nedenle toplumdaki bireyin gelişiminde sosyalizasyon süreci oldukça önemlidir. Bir toplumda şiddet önleme ve izleme merkezleri fazla ise o tolumda şiddetin yaygın olduğu söylenebilir. Bu merkezlerin fazla olması bu sorunu önlemede faydası olmakla birlikte şiddeti tümüyle ortadan kaldırıcı etkisi olamaz. Şiddetin azaltılması çağdaş eğitim ve öğretim normlarının topluma yaygınlaştırılmasıyla mümkün olabilir.
Abstract
The issue of violence prevention and monitoring in Turkey is intended for women due to the excess of the physical power of men in general. However, it should be noted that in a society in which there are elements encouraging violence, women who take power other than physical one have the potential to resort to violence. Societal conditions such as education, traditions, social-economic situation directly affect the increase or decrease of violence. Therefore, the process of socialization is very important in the development of the individual in a society.If there are many violence prevention and monitoring centers in a society, it can be said that violence is widespread in that society. Although these centers are of great benefit in preventing this problem, they cannot completely eliminate the violence. Reducing violence can only be achieved by disseminating the norms of contemporary education.
