TÜRKİYE’DE YAŞAM BOYU EĞİTİM POLİTİKALARI

Özet

Bilgi ekonomisi; bilgiyi yoğun olarak bilgi-iletişim teknolojilerinin kullanılmasında merkez olarak gören ekonomidir. Bilgi, insan odaklı olduğundan yeni teknolojilerin buluşuna yardımcı olmakta ve bu özelliğinden ötürü diğer üretim girdilerinden daha önemli hale gelmektedir. Geçmişten günümüze yaşanılan bilgi devrimlerinin sonucu olarak toplumlar bilgi toplumuna, ekonomi bilgi ekonomisine dönüşmüştür. Bilgi toplumunu gelişmiş toplum olarak tanımlayabiliriz. Toplumların gelişmişliği bilgiye ve teknolojiye hakim olmaları ile orantılıdır. Bilgi toplumunun oluşması ile eğitim süreklilik kazanmıştır. Yaşam boyu öğrenme, bilgi toplumuna uyumu kolaylaştırır. Bu; teknolojinin eğitimde etkin kullanılması ile mümkündür. Yaşam boyu eğitim için; eğitime yapılan yatırımlar arttırılmalı, bilgisayar kullanımı desteklenmelidir. Eğitimde kadın-erkek eşitliği sağlanmalıdır. Endüstrilerin ve iş sektörlerinin başarısı, bilginin yoğunluğu ile doğru orantılıdır. Bilgiye ağırlık veren sektörler yenilikçi ve daha teknolojik icat yapabilme imkanına sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; bilgi toplumuna, bilgi ekonomisine ve yaşam boyu eğitimin önemine dikkat çekerek, bilgi toplumunun oluşturulması için iyi eğitilmiş bireylerin gerekliliğini vurgulamaktır.

Abstract

Knowledge economy; the economy in the use of information that serves as the centr information and communication technologies extensively. Knowledge, new technology is the people-oriented and is becoming more important than the other production inputs due to this feature. From past to present living the information revolution as the result of society's information society, the economy has turned into the knowledge economy . Information can be defined as the developed societies.Lifelong learning, knowledge makes it easier to adapt to society. Possible by effective use of technology in education. For lifelong learning; training investments should be increased, the use of computers should be supported. gender equality in education should be provided. The success of the industry and business sectors, is directly proportional to the density of information.
