CARBAMAZEPİNE (TEGRETOL)'İN SERUM IgA DÜZEYİNE ETKİSİ-THE EFFECT OF CARBAMAZEPINE (TEGRETOL) ON THE SERUM IgA LEVEL

İlacın kullanım süresi ve dozuna göre yaptığımız değerlendirmede, serum IgA düzeyinin normal sınırlar içinde (100-450 mg/dl) olduğu ve immünolojik bir bozukluk yaratmadığı kanısına varıldı.Key Words: Carbamazepîne (Tegretol), IgAThe levels of serum IgA are investigated in 12 patients using carbamazepîne ( Tegretol) due to trigeminal neuralgia. As a result of the evaluation with respect to the duration and dose of the medicine used, it is concluded that serum IgA level is within the normal limits [100-450 mg/dl) and it does not cause any immunological abnormality.
