Özet

Bu çalışmada, Uludağ Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinin Almanca Öğretmenliği Bölümü 1.sınıf öğrencilerinin öğrenme stratejileri ve teknikleri incelenmektedir. Öğrenme stratejileri ve teknikleri hakkındaki bilgilerini ölçmek ve değerlendirmek amacıyla, öğrencilerin hangi öğrenme tekniklerini tercih edip etmediklerini araştıran bir anket uygulanmıştır. Anket sonuçları, öğrencilerin öğrenme stratejilerini ve tekniklerini yeterince ve bilinçli kullanmadıklarını ve öğrenme stratejilerinin ve tekniklerinin derslere dâhil edilmesinin öğrencilerin üzerinde olumlu bir etki yaratabileceğini göstermektedir. Böylece, öğrencilerin kendi başlarına ve uygulamaya yönelik öğrenmeleri mümkün olacaktır. Çalışmanın amaçlarından biri de öğrencilerde öğretmenin derste her şeyi hazır sunan bir birey olmadığı bilincini oluşturmak ve öğrencilerin asıl görevlerinin araştırmak, analiz etmek, bilgiyi organize derlemek ve planlamak olduğunu göstermektir. Sonuç olarak öğrenciler, öğrenme süreçlerinin sorumluluklarını öğrenmiş olacaklardır ve kendi kendine öğrenme gerçekleşecektir.

Abstract

In the following work, an examination of learning technique of first-year teacher trainees in German as foreign language at Uludag University will be presented. To collect and evaluate information about students' learning techniques, a questionnaire was used whose objective is not to identify good or bad learning users, whose objective is not the detection of good or bad learning technology users, but it tries to highlight which learning techniques students prefer or reject. The results of the questionnaire show that students’ do not sufficiently and unconsciously apply learning strategies and techniques and that the integration of learning strategies and learning techniques in the courses has a positive impact. It was important to make the students aware that the lecturer does not provide the finished information and work schedules, but that the task of the students is to research, analyze and plan. Thus, they are responsible for their learning process.
