Özet
Birçok organizasyon global değişimlerin değişken çevresiyle karşı karşıya gelmektedir. 2linçi yüzyılda, yeni değişimler sosyal hizmet eğitim (SHE) sistemlerini etkilemektedir. Eğer sosyal hizmet organizasyonları yaşamak ve gelişmek İstiyorlarsa, global değişimlere hızla ve etkili olarak uyum sağlamaları gerekmektedir. Etkili global eğitim performansı yükseltebilir, morali ve sosyal hizmet organizasyonunun potansiyelini arttırabilir. Sosyal hizmet eğitimi profesyonellere özgün yetkinlikler sağlamaya odaklanmak ve onların performanslarının doğru bir biçimde artmasını sağlamalıdır. Sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının yeteneklerinin gelişimi sosyal hizmet organizasyonlarının gelecekteki gereksinimlerini karşılamasını sağlayacaktır. Sosyal hizmet faaliyetleri küreselleştikçe, sosyal hizmetlerin stratejik yönetimleri uluslararası gelişimler ve sosyal hizmet eğitim sistemlerinin uzun dönemde rekabet avantalarını arttırmak için daha önemli olmaktadır.
Abstract
Many organizationsface a volatile environ- ment in which global change is nearly con- stant. in the 21st century, new developments affect social service training (SST) systems. If social service organizations want to sur- vıve and get improved, they need to adapt to global change quickly and effectively. Effec- tive global training can raise performance, İmprove moral, and increase social service organizations potential. Social service train- ing typically focuses on providing profes- sionals with specifıc skills and helping those correct defıciencies in their performance, Development is an effort to provide social service organizations with the abilities that the social service organization will need in the future. As more social service activities become global, strategic management <f social service unit becomes an increasingly important way to keep track of international developments and position in the social service training systems for long-term competi- tive advantage.
