Özet
Kişileri hukuk öğrenimine iten motivasyonlara değinilmiş, ayrıca siyaset hukuk ilişkisine değinilmiştir. Günümüz toplumunda hukuk ve hukukçunun yeri ve işlevi hakkında görüş ve öngörüler belirtilmiştir. Hukukun kazandığı uluslararası niteliği vurgulanmış ve hukuk eğitimine etkileri ifade edilmiştir.
Abstract
The motives that motivate individuals to learn law have been explained and the relation between politics and law has been mentioned. Opinions and predictions about the place and function of law and jurist in today's society are also detailed. The international nature of the law has been emphasized and the effects on the law education have been expressed.
