Özet
İkiz gebeliklerde mortalite ve morbidite tekiz gebeliklere göre daha yüksek olmakta ve özellikle ikizlerden biri ölürse kalan fetus için intrauterin risk artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada dikoryonik diamniotik ikiz gebelikte ilk fetusun spontan doğumu ve ikinci fetusun sezaryen ile daha geç doğumu sunulmuştur. İlk fetusun intrauterin kaybı ultrasonografi ile saptanmıştır. İkinci fetusun intrauterin gelişimi normal saptanmış ve gebelik 35. gestasyonel haftada sonlandırılmıştır.
Abstract
Twins have a higher mortality and morbidity than singletons and among twins, the surviving co-twin of a fetus that dies in utero is particularly at risk. We report a case of dichorionic diamniotic twin pregnancy with spontaneous delivery of the first fetus and late delivery of the second fetus by cesarean section. The intrauterine death of the first fetus was diagnosed by sonography in the 20th week of pregnancy. The intrauterine development of the second fetus was normal and the delivery was in the 35th week of gestation.
