Özet

Azospermik infertil bir bireyde Y;2 kromozomları arasında de novo dengeli resiprokal translokasyon gözlendi. G ve C bantlama teknikleri ile Y kromozomundaki kırık noktasının heterokromatik bölgede (Yq12) olduğu saptandı. Olgunun karyotipi 46,X,t(Y;2)(q12-q13) olarak belirlendi. Literatürde Y.otozom translokasyonu gözlenen azospermik olgular tartışıldı.

Abstract

A de novo balanced reciprocal translocatiori of Y;2 was observed in an infertile male with azoospermia. The Y breakpoint was detected on heterochromatic region (Yq12) using G and C banding methods. Karyotype was interpreted as 46,X,t(Y;2)(q12-q13). Previous cases of balanced Y;Autosome translocation associated with azoospermia were reviewed.
