Özet
Gerçek hermafroditizm over ve testis dokusunun aynı gonadda bulunmasıdır. Oldukça nadir bir durum olup, 1000 canlı doğumda 0.015 sıklıktadır. Bunların da ancak %25 i dişidir. Kliniğimize dahiliye servisinden oligo-hipomenore tedavisi düzenlenerek gönderilen , 29 yaşındaki infertil hasta, ağrılı sağ adneksiyal kitlesi nedeniyle opere edilerek alınan örneklerde; kitlenin disgerminom, karşı normal görünüşlü gonadın gonadoblastom ve testis dokusu çıkması üzerine; evrelemesi yapılarak, kemoterapi sonrası histerektomi ve sol ooferektomisi yapılmıştır. Hasta halen sorunsuz olup, ilk operasyondan bu yana 1,5 yılını tamamlamıştır
Abstract
True hermaphroditism is a very rare condition. Three similar cases have been reported so far. Throughout 10 years, 12 dysgerminomas was operated in our clinic. Only this case was true-hermaphrodite. A 29-year old infertile woman, with the story of two cliteroplasties and oligo-hypomenorrhea; presented with pelvic pain together with a mass. She was operated. A dysgerminoma on the right and gonadoblastoma together with ovo-testis on the left gonad was found. She had her second laparotomy after the chemoterapy and recovered well with sacrificing her uterus and gonads We have the classical information that intersex is with germ cell tumors. But it is very rare therefore difficult, to identify a true hermaphroditism and to show germinoma and gonadoblastoma both in one patient. (Gynecol Obstet Reprod Med 2001; 7:67-69)
