Özet

Vulvar anjiokeratoma nadir bir durumdur. Literatürde şimdiye kadar 42 olgu bildirilmiştir. Bu durum tüm olguların yayınlanmasını gerekli kılar. Bu makalede 6 ay içinde karşılaşılan iki vulvar anjiokeratoma olgusu sunulmuştur. Olgular hastanemize refere edilmeden önce yanlış tanıyla bazı tedaviler almıştır. Bu yazıda amacımız, vulva lezyonlarının ayırıcı tanısında bu klinik antitenin de unutulmaması gerektiğini vurgulamaktır.

Abstract

Angiokeratoma of the vulva is an uncommon condition. In the literature only 42 cases were described to date. Its rarity merits a report of every case. This paper reports two cases of vulvar angiokeratoma encountered within six months. They received some treatment with misdiagnosis, before referring to us. In this report, our aim is also to point out that we should be aware of this clinical entity to make the differential diagnosis of a lesion on the vulva.
