Travmatik siklodiyalizin argon laser fotokoagülasyonla kapanması

Özet

Meridyonel silyer kas liflerinin skleral mahmuzdan ayrılması sonu gelişen siklodiyaliz travmadan veya ön segment cerrahisinden sonra iatrojenik olarak da görülebilir. Ön kamara ile suprakoroidal alan arasında oluşan bağlantı kronik hipotoniye ve görme azlığına neden olabilir. Başlıca tedavi seçenekleri tıbbi tedavi, laser ve cerrahidir. Bu sunumda travma sonrası oluşan ve tıbbi tedaviye cevap vermeyen, argon laser fotokoagülasyon sonrası düzelen siklodiyalizli olgu bildirilmiştir.

Abstract

Cyclodialysis is the result of separation of the meridional ciliary muscle fibers from the scleral spur. It can be traumatic or iatrogenic after anterior segment surgery. This creates a communication of anterior chamber with suprachoroidal space, which may result in chronic hypotony and loss of vision. Persistent hypotony resulting from cyclodialysis requires manegement. Various methods including medical, laser therapy and surgical intervention are used for manegement of this entity. We report a case in order to evaluate the efficacy of argon laser photocoagulation therapy for treatment of cyclodialysis cleft after ocular trauma that is unresponsive to medical therapy.
