Farklı nedenlerle tekrarlayan koroid dekolmanı

Özet

Bu olgu sunumumuzda aynı hastada farklı nedenlerle gelişen 3 ayrı koroid dekolmanı atağı bildirilmiştir. Bilateral primer açık açılı glokom ve megalokornea nedeni ile kliniğimize sevkedilen hastanın sağ gözüne, ilaç tedavisinin yeterli olmaması ve düzensiz ilaç kullanımı nedeni ile Ahmed valvi takıldı. Takiplerde 3 kez ardarda koroid dekolmanı geliştiği gözlenmiştir. Hastanın ilk koroid dekolmanının oküler hipotoni nedeni ile, ikinci koroid dekolmanı ilaca bağlı, üçüncü koroid dekolmanın ise koroid dekolmanı tedavisi için kullanılan sikloplejiklerin erken kesilmesi nedeni ile geliştiği düşünülmektedir.

Abstract

We present a case who experienced 3 choroidal detachment episodes because of different reasons. The patient who had primary open angle glaucoma and megalocornea was referred to our clinic. We performed trabeculectomy to the right eye of the patient because the intraocular pressure was high in spite of medication. She was also using her medication irregularly. In the follow up after surgery the patient experienced 3 seperate choroidal detachment episodes. The reason of the first episode was ocular hypotony, the second was idiosyncronic, and the third was early discontinuing of the sicloplegic which was given for the treatment of the choroidal detachment.
