Özet

Pnömatozis kistoides intestinalis nadir görülen patolojik bir durum olup tüm gastrointestinal sistemde subserozal veya submukozal yerleşebilmektedir. Genellikle semptom vermez ancak barsak duvarındaki kistlerin patlamasıyla bazen akut batın bulguları verebilmektedir. Etyolojisi tam olarak bilinmemek-tedir. Bu makalede ileo jejunal yerleşimli pnömatozis kistoides intestinalis olgusu sunularak literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.

Abstract

Pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis is a rare clinical condition. It may localizes subserozal or submucosal in entire gastrointestinal system. It is generally asymptomatic, but when the cyst rupture, It is sometimes considered as an acute abdominal condition. The ethiology of the disease is not clarified exactly. In this article, the literature is rewieved by presenting a case of pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis.
