Özet
Hemoroit pakeleri üstüne sağlam mukoza altı polidokanol enjeksiyonları halen Avrupa' da en çok Fransız ve İngilizler tarafından benimsenen bir yöntemdir. Bu enjeksiyonlar hiçbir hazırlığa ve anesteziye gerek kalmadan yapılabilmektedir. G ATA Genel Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı'nda l ve 2. derecede internal hemoroit tanısı konan 2Ş hasta (12 kadın, 16 erkek) çalışmaya alındı. Skletoterapi, % 3'lük polidokanol kullanılarak hemoroit pakesi üzerine, sağlam mukoza altına submukozal olacak şekilde bir hafta ara ile 0.5 cc. enjekte edilerek yapıldı. Uygulamadan 1-2 hafta ve 1-2 ay sonra yapılan proktolojik muayenede pakelerde regresyon gözlendi. Birinci derece internal hemoroitlerde % 100, ikinci derece internal hemoroitlerde % 90 başarı oranı saptandı.Sonuç olarak iş gücü kaybına neden olmaması, uygulama zamanının kısa olması, ağrısız bir yöntem olması, anestezi gerektirmemesi, skleroterapinin 1. ve 2. derece internal hemoroitlerde seçkin bir tedavi yöntemi olduğu kanısına varılmıştır.
Abstract
The enjection of the polidocanol submucosally over the paquet of hemorrhoids is a method mostly used by France and English in Europe. These enjections are made without any preparation and anesthesia. 28 (12 female, 12 male) patients whose diagnosed were stage I and II internal hemorrhoids were included in the study in General Surgery Department of GMMA. The sclerotherapy is performed by injecting an agent of 0.5 cc. consisting 3 % polidocanol over the paquet of hemorrhoid; under the intact mucoza one week interval. The regression was observed in paquets at proctologic examinations which were performed 1-2 weeks and 1-2 months after each injection. These success rates were 100 % in stage I internal hemorrhoids, 90 % in stage II internal hemorrhoids. Consequently; sclerotheraphy is a major therapy is stage I and II internal hemorrhoids because it can be performed out patiently, it doesn't cause loss of work activity, if doesn't need anesthesia and it is painless.
