Özet
Ifosfamid çeşitli solid tümörlerin tedavisinde kullanılan ve potansiyel sinir sistemi toksisitesi olan bir kemoterapi ilacıdır. Bu makalede ifosfamid tedavisi sonrası nörotoksisite gelişen bir olgu irdelenmekte ve bu ilacın nörotoksisitesi mevcut literatür ışığında gözden geçirilmektedir.
Abstract
Ifosfamide is a chemotherapeutic agent that is used in the treatment of various solid neoplasms and has a potential central nervous system toxicity. In this article, a case with ifosfamide neurotoxicity is discussed and the neurotoxicity of (he drug is reviewed in the light of the literature
