Özet
Hastaneler sağlık sisteminin en büyük alt sistemidir. Bu nedenle hastanelerin performansı, sağlık sisteminin performansını büyük ölçüde etkilemektedir. Hastanelerin performansı, yönetimin en temel ve nihai sorumluluğudur. Kurumsal performansı artırmak için, yöneticilerin karşılaştıkları sorunların çözümlenmesi gereklidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Asker hastanesi yöneticilerinin karşılaştıkları sorunların belirlenmesidir. Araştırma evrenini, asker hastanelerinde görev yapan yöneticiler oluşturmaktadır. Veriler, anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Problemleri ve derecelerini belirlemek için tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Gruplar arasındaki farkın önemliliğini test etmek için parametrik ve nonparametrik hipotez testleri uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda yöneticilerin karşılaştıkları sorunlar, önem derecesine göre şöyle sıralanmıştır; personele yönelik sosyal imkanlar, finansman,hasta ve hasta yakınlarıyla ilgili sorunlar,bürokrasi,personel durumu, fiziki yapı ve tıbbi teknoloji, mevzuat, örgütleme, malzeme-ikmal, verimlilik, emniyet, kontrol, eğitim, yetki-sorumluluk, bilgi sistemleri, iletişim ve planlama.
Abstract
Hospitals are the largest component of Health System, therefore performance of the hospitals greatly determines performance of Health System. The performance of hospitals is the ultimate and main responsibility of hospital managers. To improve organizational performance, it is necessary to solve specific problems hospital managers encounter.The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems of military hospitals' managers met. The study population comprised managers working at military hospitals in Turkey. Questionaire method were employed to collect data. Basic descriptive statistical procedures were applied to find degree of problems and (head physician, assistant head physician and hospital administrator) tests were employed to testing the differences between two or more groups. Parametric and nonparametric hypotesis testing were performed. With this study, it is found out that problems of managers can be sorted as follows, according to their importance fringe benefit, financial,problems related to patients and their relatives, bureaucracy, personnel, technical competency, rules organization, purchacing -material management, efficiency, safety, control education and balance between authority and responsibility, information system, communication,planning.
