Hemodiyaliz hastalarında RT-PCR ile anti-HCV antikor uyumluluğu

Özet
Post transfüzyon ve nozokomiyal hepatitlerin önemli bir grubunu oluşturan HCV infeksiyonu hemodiyaliz hastaları için ciddi bir problemdir. HCV'ye karşı antikor yanıtındaki değişik problemler ajanın tespitinde başka metodların uygulanmasını zorunlu kılmıştır. Biz çalışmamızda 26 hastada in-house RT-PCR ile HCV RNA'nın gösterilmesi ve anti-HCV uyumunu araştırdık. Altın standart olarak RT-PCR alındığında anti-HCV'nin sensitivitesinin %84 spesifitesinin %92 olduğunu bulduk. Ayrıca anti-HCV ve RT-PCR ile HCV RNA arasında anlamlı bir fark bulamadık (p-0. 57)
Abstract
HCV infection, making up a group of post transfusion and nasocomial hepatitis, is a serious problem for hemodialysis patients. Different problems in the antibody response versus HCV required other methods to be applied in establishing the agent. In our study, we also investigated the HCV RNA with in-house RT-PCR and anti-HCV correlation in 26 patients. When RT-PCR was taken into consideration as a gold standart, we found that the sensitivity of anti-HCV was 84% and the specifity 92%. Furthermore, we were not able to obtain any significant difference between the HCV RNA and anti-HCV antibody (p=0. 57).
