Sjögren sendromu tanısı ile takip edilirken, anti-fosfolipid antikor pozitifliğinin gelişimi ile sistemik lupus eritromatozis olarak değerlendirilen olgu

Özet

Konnektif doku hastalıklarında klinik, otoantikor pozitifliğinden yıllar sonra yerleşebilir, zamanla yeni otoantikor pozitifliği gelişebilir. Bu nedenle hastaların takibinde konnektif doku hastalıklarının tüm semptom ve bulgularının tekrar gözden geçirilmesi ve gerekli görüldüğünde serolojinin tekrarlanması yararlı olabilir. Olgumuz 5 yıldır Sjögren Sendromu tanısı ile takip edilirken anti-fosfolipid antikor pozitifliği gelişmesi nedeniyle Sistemik Lupus Eritromatozis tanısı konulan 40 yaşında bir kadın hastadır.
