Özet
Endobronşial tüberküloz (EBTB), pulmoner tüberkülozun (tb) ciddi bir komplikasyonu olup nadir görülen bir durumdur. Ancak ilaçlara direnç gelişimine paralel olarak bildirilen olgu sayısında son zamanlarda belirgin bir artış mevcuttur Bu makalede hem balgam, hem de bronşial lavajda tb basili saptanmayan ve endobronşial biyopsi ile teşhisleri konan olguları literatür bulguları eşliğinde sunmayı uygun bulduk.
Abstract
Endobronchial tuberculosis is a rare and serious complication of pulmonary tuberculosis, but in recent years there is an obvious increase in the number of reported cases due to multi-drug resistance Here we present 3 cases whose sputum and bronchial lavage specimens were negative for tb bacilli (acid-fast bacilli) and who were diagnosed by endobronchial biopsies
