The book in question is about the science of rhetoric consisting of bedi', beyân and meânî. In the book, there are official letters, instructions about appointment and letters written for the public. The eloquent style of the book indicates Halebî's knowledge of literary arts. The author has declared in the introduction of the work that he wrote this book for those who want to learn to write. In the research, the simile part, which is a part of my declaration science, was published. The author has described simile in his work and analyzed it by dividing it into two as hissî-rational, mufred-murakkab. Afterwards, he examined the elements of simile by dividing them into seven parts: dhikr or hedonism, whether simile is open or closed, and simile from other aspects. These seven parts of simile are as follows: Absolute, constitutional, allusion, leveling, mak'ûs, izmâr tefzîl. The author explained simile representation and talked about the purposes and corruption of simile. He concluded the chapter by saying that simile is not a metaphor, but a truth.
