Özet

Bu olgu sunumunda, perkütan nefrolitotomi için roküronyum ile genel anestezi uygulanan miyastenia gravis’li 75 yaşındaki hastada sugamadeks ile postoperatif mekanik ventilasyon gerektirmeyen başarılı bir anestezi yönetimini sunmak istedik.

Abstract

In thiscase report, we want to present a successful anesthetic management of percutaneous nephrolithotomy operation under general anesthesia with rocuronium for the 75-year-old patient with myasthenia gravis that does not require postoperative mechanical ventilation with using sugammadex.
