Özet

İntestinal duplikasyon toplumda az görülen durumdur bu duplikasyon zemininde adenokarsinom gelişmesi ise daha nadir bir durumdur. Bizim olgumuz ise 28 yaşında erişkin erkek bir hastada ileum duplikasyonu zemininde gelişmiş adenokarsinom olgusudır. Ameliyatta kistik kitlelerin rezeksiyonunu takiben ileuma primer tamir yapıldı ve hasta komplikasyonsuz olarak ameliyat sonrası dördüncü gününde taburcu edildi. Abstract

Intestinal duplication is a rare congenital anomaly. Development of adenocarcinoma on the basis of duplication is an even more rare condition. In our case, there was an adenocarcinoma arising from ileal duplication in a 28-year-old adult male patient. Following resection of the cystic masses with primary repair of the ileum during laparotomy, the patient was discharged from the hospital on the fourth postoperative day without any complication.
