Özet
Tekrarlayıcı polikondrit, tekbaşına veya diğer hastalıklarla beraber olabilen, nadir görülen, multisistemik bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda tekrarlayıcı polikondritli iki hasta sunulmuş ve bu olguların eşliğinde ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiştir. İlk hastanın 8 yıldır intermitan artrit atakları olmasına karşılık, auriküler kondrit gelişimine kadar tanı konulamamıştır. İkinci hasta 5 yıldır sistemik lupus eritematozus tanısı ile izlenmekte ve böbrek tutulumu nedeni ile immünosupresif tedavi almakta iken auriküler kondrit geliştirmiştir.
Abstract
Relapsing polychondritis is a rare, multisystem disease, which can occur alone or be associated with other diseases. In this report we presented two cases of relapsing polychondritis and review of the literature. The first patient had been suffering from intermittent arthritis attacks for 8 years. No diagnosis could have been established until he developed auricular chondritis. The second case had been diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus 5 years ago. She was under immunosuppressive treatment because of renal involvement when she developed auricular chondritis.
