Yanık sonrası oluşan meme deformiteleri kadınlar üzerinde ciddi psikolojik baskı yaratabilmektedir. Bununla birlikte, bu tip deformitelerin düzeltilmesi ve estetik açıdan tatmin edici sonuçların elde edilmesi oldukça güçtür. Bu nedenle doğru hasta seçimi ve doğru bir cerrahi planlama yapılması oldukça önemlidir. Günümüzde, literatürde bu konuda sınırlı sayıda vaka mevcuttur. Bu yazıda, tek taraflı memede yanık sonrası oluşan deformite nedeni ile inferior pediküllü "wise pattern" mastopeksi tekniğiyle onarım uygulanan bir vaka sunulmaktadır. Postoperatif dönemde herhangi bir komplikasyonla karşılaşılmadı. Elde edilen estetik sonuç hem hasta hem de cerrah açısından son derece tatmin edici idi

Abstract

Post-burn deformities of the breast may lead to severe psychological pressure on women. However, It is very difficult to correct this type of deformities and achieve an aesthetically satisfactory result. Therefore, appropriate patient selection and accurate surgical planning have quite importance. At the present time, a limited number of cases on this subject are presented in the literature. In this paper, a case which was underwent a repair with inferior "wise pattern" mastopexy technique due to a unilateral post-burn breast deformity is presented. No postoperative complication was encountered. Aesthetic results were extremely satisfactory for both the patient and surgeon
