Yetişkinde konjenital bronko-özefagial fistül olgusu

Özet

Bronko-özefagial fistül (BÖF) yetişkinlerde oldukça nadirdir. BÖF tanısı genellikle yenidoğan döneminde konulmaktadır. Konjenital BÖF nedeniyle ameliyat ettiğimiz 57 yaşında bayan bir hastayı sunmaktayız. Hasta yemek yeme ve sıvı içme ile gelen öksürük nöbetleri ile başvurdu. Baryumlu özefagografide özefagus ve sağ intermediate bronş arasında fistül tespit edilen hastaya hayatının her döneminde şikayetlerinin olması ve fistül nedeni olacak başka bir hastalığı olmadığından konjenital BÖF tanısı konuldu. Sağ torakotomi ile fistül divizyonu yapıldı. Hastanın ameliyat sonrası bir sorunu olmadı

Abstract

Bronchoesophageal fistula (BEF) is extremely rare in adults. It is generally diagnosed in the neonatal period. We present 57-year-old woman operated because of congenital BEF.The patient admitted with bouts of cough after ingestion. Her barium esophagogram demonstrated a fistula between the esophagus and right intermediate bronchus. The patient was diagnosed as congenital BEF. Because she had the compliant in her all life period and she had no disease as a cause of fistula. The fistula was divided after right thoracotomy. The patient had an uneventful recovery
