Özet

Bu çalışmada, pstkanallttk bir kavram olan "İmge Bebek"in gebelikleri nedeniyle ilk kez hastaneye muayene olmak için başvuran anne adaylarında değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ödipal dönemde doğan, latens dönemine kadar bilinç dişi, bilinç öncesi ve bilinçte varlığını sürdüren ve ergenlik döneminde artık varlığını bilinç dışında koruduğu ileri sürülen "İmge Bebek"ln gebeliğin başlaması ile tekrar canlanmasının soruşturulması yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini SSK Ankara Doğumevine Kasım 1995'te başvuran 75 anne adayı oluşturmuştur. Veriler teke tek görüşme tekniği ile toplanmış ve açık uçlu sorulara verilen yanıtlar, görüşme sarısında araştırmacı tarafından kaydedilmiştir. Ödipal ve latens dönemlerin izlerini taşıyan anne olma isteğinin, preadolesans ve adolesans döneminde bilinçli olarak'ortaya, çıktığı, yaygın olarak anne adaylarının çocukluklarında bebeklerinin olduğu, evcilik ve bebek oyunlan oynadıkları saptanmıştır. "İmge Bebek"in yaşama ortamı olarak değerlendirilen evciltk-bebek oyunlarının kız çocuklar için önemi tartışılmıştır.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and to evaluate the "Imaginary Baby" in pregnant women who attend thetr first prenatal check-up. The evaluation of the "Imaginary Baby" who is born during oedipal state, and who lives till latency in the unconscious, preconsctous and conscious is checked with the beginning of the pregnancy. Seventy five pregnant women who applied to the Maternity Hospital of Social Security in Ankara in November 1995, were the subjects of the study. Data was collected through the respons-es to open-ended questions which were recorded by the researcher. During preadoles-cence and adolescence that have the traits of latency and oedtpal states, the conscious desire of being a mother arises. Mother candidates widely have dolls during their child-hood and they play with them. Doll plays evaluated as the living place for Imaginary baby are very important for girls.
