Özet
Bu çalışmada, 1986 yılından beri bir dizi siyasal, ekonomik ve yönetsel değişimler geçiren Bulgaristan Cumhuriyeti'nin bu süreç içerisinde değişen eğitim sisteminin günümüzdeki yapısı, öğretimin düzeylerine göre; öğretmen yetiştirme ve yetişkinler eğitimi; yönetimi ve finansmanı ile yeni yönetsel ilkeleri yer almaktadır. Eğitim sistemine ilişkin yıllara göre bazı istatistiksel veriler, genel durumu hakkında fikir vermesi açısından, çalışmanın sonuna eklenmiştir.
Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to investigate the present situation of Bulgarian educational system that has been going under some political, economic and administrational changes since 1986. The teacher training and adult education, the level of teaching, managing and financing the educational system, the principles of administration and, some statistical data are also given over the related years accordingly.
